How it works
A steady weekly rhythm
Many of our clients ask for one or two long-form videos every week, usually between 8 and 15 minutes long in the final edit. There is no limit on the raw footage, and no set limit on the rhythm: we agree it at the start of the project and adapt it to your channel.
The same editor, every week
Each client has an assigned editor, a trained backup editor, a thumbnail artist, a YouTube strategist and an account manager. The editor and the backup are trained together, so the work continues if the editor is on vacation, is sick or has a technical problem.
How long it takes
Our first draft takes 48 hours. Within 24 hours of receiving your material, we review it and confirm whether we can meet that time. Longer or more complex projects, such as those with animation or research, can take more time, and we agree the timing with you.
Revisions
Revisions are unlimited within the scope of the project. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we also respect the guidelines agreed at the start: major changes to those guidelines are handled separately. We receive your comments on each video through Frame.io.
Sending your footage
Send your footage through whatever channel is most convenient for you. There are no limits on the size or length of your raw footage; the scope and the price are agreed with you. Communication with the team is daily and direct, through the channel you prefer. We find it works best over Slack, Gmail or Discord.
Part of The VVS Method
For businesses that also want help with strategy, The VVS Method usually works with one or two videos per week, and it can be adapted.
